In a long-awaited decision, the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) determined on October 19 2017 that the 2013 guidance on leveraged lending issued by the three US federal banking agencies (the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency) is a rule subject to congressional review and possible rejection under the Congressional Review Act (CRA)....
